TESTIMONIALS

Melissa~

Michelle and Tony,

You and your Keller Williams team offer the unprecedented appeal of an integrated, affiliated real estate office. As your client for the past 2 1/2 months, I can see, and do appreciate your office's structural and functional integrity as an interdisciplinary network built on a strong foundation.

With such a cohesive base, you rapidly inspired my trust. I felt confident that you understood my needs as related to search criteria, and personal history. By being both professional and personable, you helped me feel positive about outcome. This was true even when we first put together my preferences for location and property. You listened carefully, and did extensive research in preparation for each time we met to view properties. In retrospect, this is what allowed me to find a beautiful home that matched my search criteria.

What really has been great also is your one-to-one, direct interactions in the setting of teamwork. Your experience in the field and structured business connectivity are so nicely balanced by your unique willingness to be open minded, creative, and attentive to what a client may have in terms of direction, preference, and knowledge.
I love your style, dedication, and heartfelt sincerity!

I would recommend Keller Williams highly for all these reasons, but mostly because you and Tony have given me such hope, as I "shift" my life in a positive direction that feels significantly more transformative than transitional. Moving and buying a home can be stressful, especially for those of us who start the process with so much going on in terms of life events. This is not to say that I am "moving" without stress. It is more that I feel more integrated now that the Rossis have put me in touch with other great people with whom they work, as well as in touch with a deep feeling of gratitude...that Michelle and Tony are the real estate team that connected me with my new home...and that they are such good people who truly care.

With fond appreciation,

Melissa

To whom it may concern:
I would like to take this opportunity to write a letter of recommendation for my realtor and friend, Michelle
Rossi.
I became acquainted with Michelle over the past year while pursuing a short‐sale property that she was
showing, and it was quickly evident that Michelle was a knowledgeable and capable individual, so we asked
her to represent us. She has been an invaluable asset, going above and beyond to try to secure us a house with
our very specific search criteria in a seller’s market. I was impressed by the tenacity Michelle exhibited, even
cold‐calling homeowners in an entire neighborhood to see if anyone was contemplating on selling their house!
Her persistency allowed us to find our current home as she was the first person to call the seller’s agent within
minutes of listing the property, allowing us first bids, even as others came along. Michelle definitely does not
shy away from more difficult and challenging tasks!
Michelle has demonstrated exceptional professionalism‐ she is always immediately available, researches and
finds answers to “questions never asked by anyone before”, and has excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
She is a pleasure to work with and seems well‐regarded by others, with a pleasant personality allowing for
effortless transactions even in more complicated situations.
Although she presents herself as a remarkable businesswoman, she always has our family’s best interest in
mind. As opposed to merely trying to “make a deal”, Michelle takes the time and extra work required to
ensure our needs are met. She has always been our best advocate! During our real estate transactions, I never
had concern for her professional ethics or integrity.
On a personal note, Michelle has become a friend, helping us move a long distance and become acquainted in
a new city, assisted us with multiple small children, and personally invited us for outings and family events.
Michelle is clearly dedicated to her clients, and I have witnessed her providing services to others beyond a
traditional realtor’s role.
I can only emphasize my highest level of support for Michelle. Michelle will clearly succeed in whatever
endeavor she pursues. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at the
above address, phone, or e‐mail.
Sincerely,
Claudia Santucci, MD

To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to recommend my realtors, Michelle and Toni Rossi, with Keller-Williams.
In addition to Michelle and Tony, I interviewed another gentleman when it was necessary for
me to arrange for the sale of my cousin’s property in Santa Rosa. Michelle and Tony clearly
presented their sales plan and were, by far, more organized and clear in their presentation.
After listing the property, they immediately got to work. My elderly cousin had been unable
to properly care for her home so the house and yard were in disrepair. Michelle hired a
cleaning lady to scrub the kitchen cabinets and walls as well as the bathrooms and arranged for
plumbing repairs. Tony pulled up the carpet in the bedroom and hall and discovered the
hardwood floors. Although I was selling the property “as is”, I instructed Michelle to have the
carpet replaced in the living room as everything reeked of smoke.
Michelle arranged to donate most of the furniture to appropriate organizations and even found
a home for a very nice big organ. She had both the front and backyards cleaned up. The
house was ready to sell two weeks later and was listed on the multiple listing exchange.
I felt Michelle went above and beyond the call of duty by having four boxes of items shipped to
my home. To my great surprise, Michelle sold the house the first weekend it was listed.
Everything went smoothly. I was able to sign all documents electronically making it
unnecessary for me to travel back up to Santa Rosa. I dreaded getting the house ready for
sale but Michelle made the entire transaction very painless. She even arranged for a notary to
come to my home in Escondido so I did not have to hunt one down.
Yours truly,
Barbara J. Frederick
